The Medway Head Lighthouse Society
In 2014, the Medway Head Lighthouse Society gained possession of the lighthouse, and the huge volunteer task of undertaking the restoration of the rundown building: windows, siding, paint, … and, of course, fundraising to make repairs, develop an on-line presence and developing interpretive information to share with visitors.
Funds have been raised through the very popular Art and Craft Show and Sale in August, sales of the annual calendar featuring the work of local artists, the sale of various signature products, and private donations.

To learn more about the lighthouse and explore the interior please visit us during our summer open hours:
Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 11AM-3PM starting June 25 and going through Labour Day weekend and all week during the Lighthouse Art Show August 20-28 (in Seeley Hall and the Warehouse at the Lighthouse Park in Port Medway).
