WE'RE WORKING TO SAVE OUR LOCAL LIGHTHOUSE

The days of the lighthouse keeper were filled with endurance, hardships and bravery. Th​e lighthouse remains a symbol of a past era which revealed courage, ingenuity, and service to all who went to sea. Hopefully the light and their memories will shine on into the future.

As an entirely volunteer community group, the Medway Head Lighthouse Society is passionate about preserving this icon of Nova Scotia culture.
